Name: Helen Johnston-Lewis Obituary: Helen passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 in Citrus Heights, CA. She was 97. Helen was a former resident of Chico. She was a member of the Josephine Chapter of Eastern Star of Chico, past Matron, and she was a 50 year member. She was also a member of the Daughters of the Nile. Helen was preceded in death by her husbands, Howard Johnston and Fritz Lewis. She is survived by her two children, Janet Eden and William Johnston; two grandsons; one granddaughter; and one great-great-grandson. A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Chico Cemetery at 11 a.m. Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in Helens name, may do so to the Shriners Hospital or the Daughters of the Nile Sewing Club of Chico, c/o the Brusie Funeral Home.
