Name: Helen Reynolds Obituary: Helen Elvie Reynolds passed away Feb 25, 2010 at the age of 94 in Chico, CA. She was a life long resident of Butte Co. Helen was born July 11, 1915 to George and Minnie Melvin in Paradise, CA. Helen married Clarence E Reynolds in 1935. He predeceased her in 1961. She was also predeceased by her son, Steven E. Reynolds and her grandson, Jeffrey T. Haines. Helen was employed as a Housekeeper by Richardson Springs Hotel and Beverly Manor. She enjoyed gardening, making braided rugs, quilting and sewing. She is survived by her daughter, Doris Haines of Durham; grandson, Ted Haines of Durham, and great-grandson, Ted J. Haines of Chico. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park in Chico. Memorial contributions may be made to Butte Home Health Hospice.
